When a video call is not the right option
Not for emergencies. Heavy bleeding or severe pain: go to the nearest hospital, or call 1990.
Anything that needs an examination or a scan — including antenatal checks — is done at the clinic in Ragama.

Cancelling
24 hours or more before: full refund. Less than 24 hours: no refund, but you can still move your appointment once, free, if you ask before the appointment time. Missed call: no refund; a new time is a new booking.
If we cancel
If Sugabi Medicare cancels, or a fault on our side stops the call: a new appointment or a full refund, to the same card within 7–14 working days.

- Any reports or scans, uploaded through your link — ideally 24 hours before
- Be ready five minutes early — the room closes at the end of the slot

Do I need an app or an account?
No. The link opens in your browser.
Is it private? Is it recorded?
Private, and never recorded. Your details and files are seen only by the doctor.
Why is only one time shown per day?
Times are released one at a time, as at the clinic. If it does not suit you, try another day or contact us.
What do I receive afterwards?
The consultant's advice on the call and, where appropriate, a recommended next step. Anything in writing is arranged after the call.
Can I book from outside Sri Lanka?
Yes, if you are Sri Lankan or planning treatment in Sri Lanka. Enter your number with its country code; your link arrives by email. Times are shown in Sri Lanka time.
Which language is the consultation in?
Sinhala or English — whichever you prefer.
Is this the same as channelling at the clinic?
No. Clinic visits in Ragama are booked separately at book.sugabi.lk or by phone.
